Bio-hacking, Sauna & Ice Bath
Minimize recovery time, maximize internal well-being and push past your limits within a supportive environment. Exposure therapy sessions are held at our private facility with wood burning infrared cedar sauna, double wide ozone filtered ice bath, cardio garage and two story fitness center.

Breathwork & transformational practices
Experience a variety of transformational sessions led by our certified seasoned facilitators and coaches. These sessions are designed to enliven and enhance your physical wellbeing, release stored tension and awaken your self awareness.
A Day in the Life ∽
6AM
Start your day with your beverages of choice and/or light snack followed by a 15 min energizing morning stretch/breathwork session and hit the water energized for your first session of the day.
8-11AM
Surf! Paddle out, or take the boat to a hand-selected break perfectly suited for our guests! Reeling reef breaks, peeling points, or a-frame barrels—Nicaragua offers something for everyone.
12PM
A break in the session for some much needed nutrient-dense grinds either at the pad or on the road.
2-5PM
Another epic surf sesh! Between sessions we will have options for professionally facilitated sessions in Breathwork, Yoga and Mediation as well as Ice Bath & Sauna Immersions.
6PM
Golden hour! Surfers begin filtering in for an epic evening of dinner, drinks, music and hangs with like-minded people from all over the globe.
10PM
Chill time. Get some much needed rest for another pristine day in the water and more positive tropical vibes
