Who is Elle Sampiere?
I started traveling and competing for surfing when I was 16 years old and from then on it became addicting. I was lucky enough to visit various countries all around the world.
From then on, I told myself that I would never settle in life. Instead, I was going to create my desired life. Since then, I’ve worked very hard and found myself with many amazing opportunities that allow me to surf, travel and train. Next thing on the list is to share all of these passions I love most with others!
I have noticed that the reason I have become so successful in the last few years is because I fell in love with personal growth. I asked myself every day how can I grow, how can I be better, and that led me to see the beauty in the process. I’ve always believed that working on yourself creates a domino effect into every other area of your life. Focusing more on the process and not the destination has been huge for me.
Teaching people to live more in the present and just in general how much mindset affects daily life. The way your thoughts shape every experience you have makes having awareness so important. Simply a small shift in mindset can really change someone’s life. That’s why I want to focus these retreats around surfing and working out. Feeling your best, working on yourself and getting lost in the process, being forced to be present, that’s where the beauty of improvement truly lies.
Nicaragua has a very special place is my heart and I hope you join me for what could be a life changing experience.

A seasoned internationally certified Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga and Contrast Exposure Therapy facilitator…Over the years Derek has hosted his "Conscious Breath & Meditation Workshops” in a wide variety of settings around the globe from exclusive resorts and wellness centers throughout the Maldives, Indonesia and Hawaii to therapists offices, private retreats and thousands online participants. He is an Integrated Treatment Provider for the Arizona Relationship Institute, ketamine immersion guide and owner of Conscious Breath & Meditation Immersions as well as the holistic retreat company Soul Water Surf.

Non-refundable deposit
$500 non-refundable initial deposit is required for all bookings
Full payment is required for any bookings made 1 month prior to Retreat date.

"If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat hosted by Soul Water Surf within 12 months less $500 deposit.
If you cancel within 45 days of the Retreat, your payment is transferrable to any other retreat Soul Water Surf is hosting within a 12 month bracket, less $1000.
If you cancel within 14 days of the Retreat date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
