Who is Caryn
My discovery and love for Yoga began in 2014 in Bali, this led me to become certified a few years after falling in love with the practice. Through my journey of yoga I have found that life is in the moments between action. I enjoy bringing my spiritual, funny and challenging self to my classes, and am a firm believer in mind and body healing through breath work and asana.
Yoga for me is so much more than a physical practice, it is a way of existing in this life, it is the adjustment in the perception of one's own reality - filled with never ending knowledge to be absorbed and implemented into everyday life. Being able to share this beautiful practice with others brings me immense joy.
I find great satisfaction in creating a balanced and nurturing environment in my classes and am immensely grateful that my influences and experiences of both trainings and teachings from around the world create a unique experience of alignment between mind, body and spirit. I am so looking forward to meeting and sharing space with you for a week in wellness paradise!

A seasoned internationally certified Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga and Contrast Exposure Therapy facilitator…Over the years Derek has hosted his "Conscious Breath & Meditation Workshops” in a wide variety of settings around the globe from exclusive resorts and wellness centers throughout the Maldives, Indonesia and Hawaii to therapists offices, private retreats and thousands online participants. He is an Integrated Treatment Provider for the Arizona Relationship Institute, ketamine immersion guide and owner of Conscious Breath & Meditation Immersions as well as the holistic retreat company Soul Water Surf.

Non-refundable deposit
$500 non-refundable initial deposit is required for all bookings
Full payment is required for any bookings made 1 month prior to Retreat date.

"If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat hosted by Soul Water Surf within 12 months less $500 deposit.
If you cancel within 45 days of the Retreat, your payment is transferrable to any other retreat Soul Water Surf is hosting within a 12 month bracket, less $1000.
If you cancel within 14 days of the Retreat date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
